Raised in Sacramento, JM grew up with big dreams of becoming a doctor. Her love for adventure and people took her across Europe and to Costa Rica, where resourcefulness became second nature. Back home, she discovered her talent for sales—connecting with others, solving problems, and driving results. Over time, JM’s passion evolved beyond closing deals. She found her sweet spot in Revenue Operations, where she could combine her determination with her love for building efficient systems.
